The products offered by Ecostretch Print allow customers to wrap, secure and promote their business with the aid of a customized film.
The customized stretch film can be used to wrap any type of goods, of different sizes, thus offering them increased protection. Printing can be done on a stretch film of any color; however, the most popular are the white and transparent stretch films. Thus, Ecostretch Print becomes an excellent medium for advertising brands, and reinforces the efforts to protect and secure the goods.
Depending on the type of envisaged project, a minimum order quantity can be set out. For the first order, production takes around 20 days after defining the artwork details. For the follow-up orders, production takes up to 7 days.

Product type – Customized stretch film
Quality: The stretch film used for printing is supplied by well-known European manufacturers.
Before printing, the foil goes through Corona treatment. The purpose of this Corona treatment is to optimize the adhesion properties on polymer-based materials for the best possible ink adhesion.
Customization is possible in a maximum of 2 colors. . . For each color, a plate needs to be produced. Once produced, this plate can be used for more printing batches. The ink used by Ecostretch Print is solvent-based, with a very high drying speed, and is resistant both to a range of temperatures and to various types of wrapping stresses.
Application: The film can be applied automatically by a palletizer, or manually.

- Automated palletizer roll – 16 kg.
- Manual roll – between 2 and 3 kg.
The standard width of the roll is 50 cm. It can be divided into 25 cm or 12,5 cm mini-rolls.
About the film
The stretch film used by Ecostretch Print is 100% recyclable. The film used is of the LLDPE type, marked according to European environmental standards.
